This is the Timaru Karate Training program with "Shihan Ogura Yasunori" from JKA Head Quarters in Tokyo.

Wednesday 1st May Session 1 : 4.30pm to 5.30pm (Juniors - Orange / Green / Blue / Purple ) - Kihon / Heian Nidan / Heian Yondan

Wednesday 1st May  Session 2 : 5.30pm to 6.30pm ( Seniors Brown / Black ) - Kihon / Jiyu Kihon / Bassai Dai 

Thursday 2nd May Session 3 : 4.30pm to 5.30pm (Juniors - Orange / Green / Blue / Purple ) - Kihon Ippon Kumite/ Heian Sandan / Heian Godan 

Thursday 2nd May Sessions 4 : 5.30pm to 6.30pm ( Seniors Brown / Black ) - Kihon Ippon Kumite / Jiyu Ippon Kumite / Jion 

** Wednesday 1st May 7.30pm onwards ; "DINNER"   Venue:  “Bullock Restaurant and Bar"

**Training Fees $135 per member for Entire Gasshuku in Timaru if paid after 31st March 2024

All participants will receive a participation certificate personally signed by Shihan Ogura.
