JKA Timaru will be hosting a Karate Gasshuku with JKANZ Chief Instructor, Sensei Karl Naoroji. All JKA and friendly Shotokan clubs are welcome.

10am -11.30 am White / Yellow / Orange / Green / Blue / Purple Belts - Kihon & Kata
11.30am -12.30 pm White / Yellow / Orange / Green / Blue / Purple Belts - Kumite & Kata
12.30pm-1.00pm LUNCH
1.00 pm-2.30pm Brown & Black Belts - Kihon & Kumite
2.30 pm-4.00pm Brown & Black Belts - Kata
